School District No. 83 is happy to provide families with some additional peace of mind through our Traversa My Ride K-12 Busing App and Website.
These two features provide families with up-to-date busing information for their child from the third week of August to the end of June. The busing app provides families with a real time display of their child’s bus as it travels through the route so that families can see whether their bus is running late or right on time. It is confidential and secure and is fully integrated with student transportation and GPS.
The SD83 Transportation Department is also able to communicate to families through the app letting parents/guardians know if their child’s bus has last minute changes or is running late.
