Here are the results of the Strategic Plan Survey collected in July of 2020. This year we had exactly 1,000 responses, an increase of about 30 per cent over previous years. Because this year’s responses showed a considerable improvement, we have included the category “Gain”, which indicates the percentage of increase in responses in the Much of the Time and All/Nearly All of the Time categories when compared to last year.
