Criteria:
One award of $1000 is for a former FEMALE student of Carlin or Sorrento Elementary. The student must have above average academic standing and show perseverance, diligence, effort, cooperation. The student should maintain harmony with peers and staff and must be enrolled full-time at a post-secondary institution.
