This award is in memory of Chas Clarke, a former Supervisor of Elementary Instruction with the school district for many years. He retired around 1980.
Criteria:
For a student graduating from any secondary school located within SD83 who intends to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited institution. The recipient of the award will be a person of good character and strong academic ability who has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities.
