Seven swimmers from SD83 qualified for the B.C. School Sports Aquatics Championships in Richmond on Nov. 18-19.
Vienne Bredick and Nathan Couch of Shuswap Middle School, Paige Bushell and Peter Liebich of Jackson, Matthew Blacklock and Abby Bushell of Salmon Arm Secondary, and Tyler Hilton and Owen Hilton of Eagle River will be competing at the provincial event!
Qualifying for the provincials took place at the BCSS High School Regional Swim Meet in Revelstoke on Oct. 23 with 12 swimmers from SMS, Jackson, SAS, and ERS attending. Congratulations to all the swimmers!
Organizers also extend a big thank you to all the parents who volunteered saying the swim meet could not have happened without their support.
