As the year draws to a close we want to wish all of our students and families a wonderful summer break full of good memories!
The last day of school for the 2021-22 school year is on Thursday, June 23rd. School will be dismissed, and buses will be running, four hours earlier than the typical time. Friday, June 24th is a non-instructional administrative day for staff.
Just wanted to remind everyone that school start-up will be a little different in the upcoming (2022-23) school year, as students will not attend school on Tuesday, September 6th but will come back for a full day on Wednesday, September 7th.
Here’s a look ahead to September:
Tues. August 30 – New Student Registration (only if you are new to the school district)
Mon. 05 – Labour Day – statutory holiday
Tues. 06 – Non-Instructional Day (students do not attend school)
Wed. 07 – Welcome Back to School (full day for students)
Fri. 16 – Last day of gradual entry for Kindergarten
Mon. 19 – Professional Development Day (school-based)
Fri. 30 – National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (schools closed)
