SAS Speaks!

A spoken word poetry contest is taking place at SAS Sullivan Campus on Wednesday, May 8 at 7 p.m. and you are invited!

Spoken word is an oral art that focuses on the aesthetics of word play. It is a term that includes any kind of poetry recited aloud.

Students will show off their poetry performance skills in both English and French. Last year’s event was very successful and organizers are hoping it will continue to build!

The Spoken Word Poetry Contest at SAS is being held again this year!
Check it out on May 8.

“This is always a really entertaining evening,” says vice-principal Chelsea Prince Nyeste. Members of the community and students are welcome to attend.
